Pine Valley Christmas Trees is run by the Underwood family. The farm opens for tagging the first Saturday in November. Our tagging season ends at Thanksgiving. We are closed on Thanksgiving day.

We will have wreaths, white pine garlands, greens, and Fresh cut Fraser Firs from our farm in North Carolina available starting Friday November 24.

Leashed dogs are allowed.

Tagging

“Tagging” is the ability to pick out and reserve your tree in advance. This process starts the first Saturday in November and continues to Thanksgiving.

All trees that are for sale are already tagged with an identification number and price.  Each tree has been priced based on variety of tree, color, fullness, size, and shape.

After selecting your tree, you will tear off the tag’s stub, fill in an information card available at the gift shop, and give the completed card to our staff.

Your tag’s stub will be your claim ticket.  We will cut, shake, and bale your tree to be ready for pickup on the date you indicate or you may choose to cut it yourself.

Choose & Cut

Due to a limited supply of trees this year, Choose & Cut will not be available. The Choose & Cut option is the ability to come to our farm after Thanksgiving, pick out and cut down a tree the same day. This is not the same as tagging a tree before Thanksgiving and coming back at a later date to cut down your reserved tree.

Prices

Our trees are priced according to height, type, and quality. Trees start at $50.

We accept cash, checks, Master Card, VISA, and Discover.

Gift Shop

Visit our gift shop for a wide selection of unique ornaments, figurines, and nativities.

Free Stuff

We provide assistance with cutting, carrying, and securing your tree to your vehicle if needed. In addition, we offer the following at no charge:

  • Shaking

  • Baling

  • Hot chocolate and Hot cider

  • Tree removal bag
